Requirements
What to bring with you.
Please prepare the following documents when applying. Originals may be verified during the visit.
- Fully completed application form
- Copy of the learner's birth certificate
- Copies of parents' / guardians' national IDs
- Recent passport-size photograph of the learner
- Most recent school report (for Grade 1 and above)
- Transfer letter (for learners joining mid-year)
- Immunisation records (Pre-Primary)
